# Defi Fund

### What is the "Defi Fund"?

This fund is intended to be a part of the guild income through active defi strategies. This fund will contain both stable and non stable assets. The goal is for BTC to make up roughly 25% of this fund, and occasional rebalancing will be needed to achieve this. This fund backs FGOLD, and in a black swan event will be liquidated to FGOLD holders. The income from this Treasury will be dispersed 50% as dividends and 50% to back into yielding assets.
